The required 60-hour Principles and Practice course for the Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson license. Taught live over Zoom every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Pass with a 70 or better and you're eligible to sit for the CT state exam.
